ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last Updated: January 1, 2026

At Equedu, we believe that the path to elite education must be open to every scholar, regardless of their physical or cognitive abilities. Our "Digital Inclusion" philosophy ensures that our Site and proprietary In-Situ Engine are designed, developed, and maintained to provide an equitable experience for all users, adhering to the highest global standards of web accessibility.

1. Our Commitment to Conformance
Equedu LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our digital architecture.

  • The Standard: We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide array of disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

2. Implementation & "In-Situ" Adaptability
Accessibility is integrated into the core of our In-Situ methodology. We recognize that accessibility is not a static achievement but a continuous technical mandate.

  • Development Lifecycle: We incorporate accessibility requirements into our design and development phases for all new features of the In-Situ Engine.

  • Structural Integrity: We utilize semantic HTML and WAI-ARIA (Web Accessibility Initiative – Accessible Rich Internet Applications) patterns to ensure that our predictive tools are navigable via screen readers and keyboard-only interfaces.

3. Technical Specifications
Accessibility of the Equedu ecosystem relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browsers and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

  • HTML5

  • WAI-ARIA

  • CSS

  • JavaScript

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

4. Assessment & Verification
Equedu LLC assesses the accessibility of its digital properties through the following formal measures:

  • Self-Assessment: We conduct regular internal audits of the Site and our analytics dashboards.

  • Automated Testing: We utilize industry-leading automated tools to identify and remediate code-level barriers.

  • Manual Review: We perform periodic manual testing using assistive technologies to ensure that the "In-Situ" user experience remains intuitive for all scholars.

5. Third-Party Content & Limitations
While we strive for Level AA conformance across our entire platform, certain third-party components (such as embedded maps, social media feeds, or legacy university portals) may be outside of our direct control. Equedu LLC actively encourages its partners and vendors to maintain high accessibility standards to ensure a seamless end-to-end journey for our users.

6. Feedback & Formal Complaints
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Equedu platform. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions on how we can improve our digital inclusion, please reach out to our team.
