Equedu LLC is represented by its Executive Management Committee. All corporate actions, representations, and professional engagements are conducted exclusively under the Equedu LLC entity.


4. Professional Standing & Ethics

Equedu LLC maintains strict adherence to the ethical frameworks and professional standards established by the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and the International Association for College Admission Counseling (International ACAC).

  • Institutional Neutrality: We maintain absolute neutrality and do not accept recruitment commissions, "kickbacks," or finder's fees from educational institutions. Our fiduciary duty is exclusively to our students and their families.

The name Equedu™, the In-Situ Engine™, and all associated analytics methodologies are protected trade secrets under the U.S. Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA) and international copyright treaties.

  • Severability Clause: Should any provision of this Legal Notice be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
